Daniel Dodge: An inspring candidate for Watsonville City Council

I was curious about this man, Daniel Dodge. I had heard that he is a supporter of blues music; that he is a community organizer, and that he has been on the front lines in support of civil rights. So, when I became aware that he was kicking off a campaign for a spot on the Watsonville City Council, I went to the kickoff event. I wanted to check out Daniel Dodge's scene, to find out who he hangs out with, and to hear the man tell his story in his own words. What I found out is that Daniel Dodge is one of the coolest and one of the most sincere candidates for public office that I've ever met. Simply put, he's one of the coolest cats around.
